Despite a small hiccup at check-in, the close proximity to the Haram and the superb hospitality truly made my stay at this hotel exceptional. I'll recommend this hotel.

staying at Hyatt Regency was an amazing experience! the hotel's proximity to al haram made it extremely convenient for us to access the mosque, and the free shuttle service from Makkah Harmain train stop was a great added bonus. the staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. the hotel's privacy and quietness, along with its clean and modern amenities, made our stay truly enjoyable. the breakfast was superb, with a wide variety and great quality, and the in-room dining and coffee shop on the ground floor provided delicious options. the quick access to the mall and food court was also a plus.

From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the staff at the hotel provided exceptional service. Mr. Samer promptly resolved an issue with the room lighting system, ensuring our comfort. The receptionists, especially Mr. Omar, were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The location of the hotel was ideal, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The fast response of the workers and the quality of the dining services were impressive.
I faced a series of issues upon my arrival, including noise disturbance in the initial room and a lack of water in the second room. It took a considerable amount of time to change rooms, which was inconvenient.

The hotel offers stunning views of Masjidil Haram and Kaabah, with comfortable and spacious rooms equipped with an internal audio system that lets you hear the adzan and solah. The breakfast spread is diverse, offering Asian, continental, and Arabic options. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the mosque and its location within a mall provide convenient access to shopping and dining. Access to public transport is also seamless, with a complimentary shuttle bus and easily available taxis.
Felt completely relaxed, everything was top-notch.

I chose the Hyatt Regency for its proximity to the Great Mosque of Mecca and Kaaba, and I was pleasantly surprised by the free WiFi throughout the property. The international cuisine at the Al Oasis restaurant was delightful, adding to the overall experience.
Early check-out calls were frequent.

super clean - convenient location close to the haram, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. the staff - especially abdulaziz and the food and beverage assistant director - were very attentive and friendly.
Would be happy to recommend.
